PLR License Terms

This Private Label Rights (PLR) License Agreement governs your use of any PLR product purchased from Plot Twist Labs LLC. By purchasing a PLR product, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Plot Twist Labs LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to modify, rebrand, and resell the purchased product content under your own name and brand. This license is for one (1) individual or business entity.

2. Permitted Uses

• Rebrand the product with your name, logo, colors, and branding
• Modify, add to, or remove content to suit your audience
• Sell the rebranded product to your customers at any price you choose
• Use as a bonus, lead magnet, or course supplement
• Include in coaching, consulting, or training packages
• Offer on your website, marketplace listings, or social media

3. Prohibited Uses

• You may NOT resell or transfer the PLR license itself
• You may NOT distribute the editable source files to any third party
• You may NOT claim to be the original creator of the content framework
• You may NOT upload the product to free file-sharing or torrent sites
• You may NOT sell the product in its unmodified, Plot Twist Labs-branded form
• You may NOT use the product in a way that competes with Plot Twist Labs' own sales of the same product

4. Intellectual Property

Plot Twist Labs LLC retains ownership of the original content, structure, and framework. Your PLR license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You own your modifications and branding.

5. No Warranty

PLR products are provided "as is." Plot Twist Labs makes no guarantees about revenue, results, or suitability for your specific use case. You are responsible for ensuring your rebranded product complies with all applicable laws.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of PLR products (editable source files), all PLR sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery of the source files.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plot Twist Labs LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of PLR products, including but not limited to lost revenue, business interruption, or claims from your customers.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes shall be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
